The Senior Warehouse Manager provides strategic leadership for warehouse operations, ensuring safety, inventory integrity, and high-quality customer shipments. They are responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of 35 associates to meet business goals and maintain a productive work environment.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of warehouse management experience leading teams of 15 or more employees. Proficiency in WMS environments, OSHA/DOT regulations, and strong leadership skills are required for this role.

The Senior Warehouse Manager will be professional, creative, encouraging, and an adaptable leader who excels in a fast-paced environment. The individual will also be responsible for training and developing their team's abilities to set each individual up for success.
