The Services Engineer manages the full technical lifecycle, including pre-sales discovery, solution design, and proof of concepts. They are also responsible for post-sales implementation, configuration, and ensuring customer success and adoption.
Candidates must have experience in both pre-sales and post-sales consulting with a focus on cybersecurity platforms. Proficiency in solution design and technical implementation is required.
The Services Engineer role is a full lifecycle technical consultant responsible for both pre-sales and post-sales activities across the portfolio. This role supports opportunity development, solution design, demonstrations, proof of concepts, implementation, adoption and customer success.
Provide pre-sales technical support, discovery workshops, demonstrations and proof of concepts.
Support RFPs and technical responses.
Deliver implementation, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer.
Provide post-sales support and adoption guidance.
Deliver technical enablement sessions for customers and partners.
