The Delivery Team Trainer is responsible for welcoming new self-employed couriers and assisting them with the setup and use of the delivery app. They provide hands-on support during the onboarding process to ensure couriers feel confident and prepared for their first deliveries.
Candidates should be confident using smartphones and apps, and possess a friendly, patient, and organized approach to coaching. No prior courier experience is required, but the ability to work in a fast-moving operational environment is essential.

Delivery Team Trainer – Newtownards
We’re hiring Fixed Term Delivery Team Trainer's at our Newtownards Delivery Unit to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1.
This role is ideal if you’re local to Newtownards, confident using smartphone apps and enjoy helping people.
Pay: £30000 plus benefits
Location: Newtownards
Hours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday
Start date: Immediate starts through to Jan 2027
Contract: Fixed term, full time contracts.
