The Territory Manager oversees service excellence, cost, and performance across multiple delivery units to ensure efficient parcel flow. They are responsible for motivating couriers, managing budgets, and utilizing digital tools to resolve operational risks.
Candidates should have experience in fast-paced operational roles within customer-focused industries and knowledge of the self-employed courier model. A UK driving licence is preferred, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital dashboards.

As a Final Mile Territory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind service excellence across multiple Delivery Units or one high-volume Super Unit. You’ll oversee daily performance, act quickly to resolve issues using real-time digital tools, motivate and engage a network of couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the local community, and key internal teams.
