The Final Mile Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operational performance, service excellence, and parcel flow across assigned delivery units. They will lead and motivate a network of couriers while managing budgets and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should have experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment with strong analytical and planning skills. Proficiency in using digital tools and dashboards is required, along with the ability to effectively lead and engage dispersed teams.

We’re hiring Fixed Term Territory Managers at our Hainault Delivery Unit to help support our busiest time of the year
Location: Hainault
Hours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday
Start date: Immediate starts through to Jan 2027

As a Final Mile Territory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind service excellence across multiple Delivery Units or one high-volume Super Unit. You’ll oversee daily performance, act quickly to resolve issues using real-time digital tools, motivate and engage a network of couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the local community, and key internal teams.
