The Data Center Customer Operations Technician is responsible for managing work orders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting daily operations within the data center. They will also perform installations, execute cross-connect work, and provide customer management support.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of related technical or data center experience. A strong understanding of standard operating procedures and the ability to work cross-functionally is essential.

Applies solid knowledge of standard operating procedures to complete moderately complex tasks and resolve issues with sound judgement. Supports daily operations, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and contributes to process improvements within the data center environment.
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - NY4 New York City : 59,000 - 88,400 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
