Candidates should be students or graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in commercial areas or intangible services sales. En Equifax buscamos un Account Manager B2B, con excelentes habilidades interpersonales para unirse a nuestro equipo comercial. El candidato ideal tendrá que realizar gestión, fidelización y expansión de nuestra cartera de clientes B2B existente.
Este rol es crucial para asegurar la retención de clientes y maximizar el valor de cada cuenta.
La persona seleccionada será la principal interlocutora con nuestros clientes, actuando como un consultor de confianza para entender sus necesidades y ofrecerles soluciones adicionales.
Gestión de la cartera de clientes: Ser el punto de contacto principal para un grupo asignado de clientes B2B.
Fidelización y retención: Mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes, garantizando su satisfacción y éxito con nuestros productos o servicios.
Identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento: Detectar activamente oportunidades de up-selling y cross-selling dentro de las cuentas existentes.
Consultoría estratégica: Asesorar a los clientes sobre cómo pueden obtener el mayor valor de nuestra solución, entendiendo sus objetivos de negocio.
Análisis de rendimiento: Monitorear el uso y el rendimiento de la cuenta para identificar áreas de mejora y nuevas oportunidades.
Reporte: Registrar y actualizar la actividad de la cuenta en el CRM, proporcionando reportes de progreso y pronósticos de ingresos.
Formación: estudiante o graduado en Administración de Empresas, Comercialización o carreras afines.
2+ años en área comercial y/o ventas de servicios intangibles.
Manejo de CRM y Google Workspace.
Muy buen manejo de Excel.
Marcado perfil comercial; proactividad, dinamismo, orientación a resultados, buena predisposición y capacidad de adaptación.
Manejo de IA.
Experiencia previa trabajando con productos digitales.
