The Outbound Collections Representative proactively contacts customers with overdue accounts to identify financial solutions and maintain consistent loan payments. They are responsible for managing a high volume of calls while accurately recording all interactions and payment arrangements in the company database.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a high-volume debt collections environment and possess strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. The role requires the ability to work remotely with high self-management and a solid understanding of relevant collection laws like the TCPA.

As an Outbound Collections Representative, your core responsibility will be to proactively contact customers with overdue accounts, understand their financial challenges, and collaboratively identify solutions to help them maintain consistent loan payments. This position requires comfort and expertise in navigating and resolving difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $21.00. Additional compensation for this role may include bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
