Prepare and maintain clear documentation, including business requirements, process maps, project materials, user guides, SOPs, and problem-resolution documentation.
Support change management activities, post-implementation support, solution monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Stay current on automation, AI, analytics, and other emerging technologies and assess their potential application within finance processes.
Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting finance, process improvement areas, or a center of excellence within a broader finance process improvement environment.
Experience leading or supporting intelligent automation, workflow automation, low-code/no-code, robotic process automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve workflows, reporting, analysis, or business processes.
