The Senior Intelligent Automation Analyst will identify, design, and implement automation and AI solutions to modernize finance processes and improve operational efficiency. They will lead end-to-end projects, develop reporting dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in finance transformation, business process engineering, or data analytics. Proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, and reporting tools like Power BI is required, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

We’re looking for a collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented professional to join our team as Sr. Intelligent Automation Analyst. In this role, you will improve finance processes and business performance by identifying, designing, and delivering automation, AI, analytics, and process improvement solutions across the financial shared services environment. You will drive measurable efficiency gains, strengthen controls, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support the successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working. Through strong stakeholder partnership and end-to-end project delivery, you will help modernize finance operations and build scalable capabilities across the organization.
Location: Toronto, Ontario. The office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026
The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,300 to $104,900 annually. This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role.
