The Controller will oversee all operational and compliance aspects of accounting for US and Canadian offices, including payroll and day-to-day operations. They will lead the accounting team, manage the full close-to-report cycle, and implement scalable internal controls using AI and automation.
Candidates must hold a CPA designation and have over 7 years of finance and accounting experience, including US financial compliance and NetSuite proficiency. Experience leading audits and managing payroll processes is required.

We are looking for a Controller to support in developing a best-in-class accounting function in a rapidly growing organization. The Controller will be an integral part of the finance team, taking ownership of all operational and compliance aspects of accounting at Electric Mind in both our US and Canadian offices. As the Controller you will help to build the department and create the systems and processes the company needs to succeed.
