Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three to four years of retail banking or related experience. The role requires NMLS registration and the ability to pass criminal and credit background checks.

This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 3 years to 5 years minimum experience in customer service and sales. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Please note that the salary range provided corresponds to the lowest level of the position posted.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $21.68 - 26.50U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
