Missions
Traiter les demandes clients liées à la satisfaction, aux réclamations, aux litiges et aux résiliations
Analyser les situations clients et proposer des réponses adaptées et argumentées
Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers clients (requêtes, commentaires, traçabilité)
Contacter les clients par téléphone et par écrit (emails, courriers) avec une posture professionnelle et empathique
Respecter les délais de traitement et les procédures internes
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la satisfaction client
Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Relation Clients, ADV, Finance, Commerce et Technique)
Vous reportez régulièrement votre activité à un/une Responsable Administration des Ventes.
Formation : Bac +3 ou 4 orienté projet
Aisance relationnelle et goût pour la relation client
Rigueur, organisation et sens du détail
Bonne communication écrite et orale
Autonomie et sens des responsabilités afin de pouvoir évoluer en mode projet
