El propósito de este rol es liderar integralmente las operaciones de producción de la planta, garantizando resultados sostenibles en seguridad, calidad, costos, productividad y servicio. El rol tiene una fuerte presencia en planta y un liderazgo transformacional, impulsando la excelencia operativa y la mejora continua, en línea con los estándares corporativos, regulatorios y de sostenibilidad de la compañía.
Liderar las áreas de Manufactura y Mantenimiento, gestionando de manera eficiente a las personas, materiales, equipos e instalaciones para que los procesos productivos se ejecuten bajo los estándares de seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente y sostenibilidad, asegurando el cumplimiento del plan productivo en tiempo y forma.
Liderar activamente la gestión del cambio cultural y operativo requerida para la implementación y maduración del modelo de excelencia operativa basada en TPM, promoviendo el compromiso, resultados y la sostenibilidad de las mejoras en el tiempo.
Guiar la implementación en planta del mantenimiento autónomo, mantenimiento profesional y estándares de orden y limpieza de la operación basada en la metodología Lean y 5S, de modo de alcanzar y sostener los objetivos de implementación de acuerdo con el roadmap definido. Supervisar la correcta ejecución de los planes de trabajo relacionados.
Desarrollar equipos de alto desempeño, fomentando una cultura de seguridad, resultados y mejora continua.
Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño como seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente, productividad, eficiencia, costos, scrap, clima laboral, definiendo e implementando planes de acción cuando sea necesario y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos alineados con el propósito de nuestra organización.
Administrar el presupuesto del área y controlar los costos operativos, asegurando eficiencia y sustentabilidad financiera.
Coordinar con áreas transversales como Supply Chain, Calidad, SHE, Finanzas y Comercial para asegurar continuidad operativa y alineación con los objetivos del negocio.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas legales, regulatorias y de políticas internas aplicables a la operación industrial.
Participar y liderar auditorías internas y externas, así como comités de Calidad y Seguridad.
Impulsar iniciativas de transformación operativa y mejora de procesos a nivel planta.
