Si estás recién graduado/a y buscas unas prácticas para ampliar tus conocimientos y adquirir experiencia, esta oportunidad es para ti.
Dar soporte al cumplimiento de servicios contractuales, al lado de un tutor, en las instalaciones de nuestros clientes de Indústria del Papel:
Toma de muestras, análisis de agua y elaboración de informes sobre nuestros productos químicos de tratamiento de agua.
Asistir al equipo de ventas en la preparación de nuevas aplicaciones.
Proporcionar soporte técnico a los clientes, identificando y resolviendo incidencias, escalando cuando sea necesario.
El servicio de apoyo incluye: pruebas de muestras, toma de muestras y análisis de aguas, mantenimiento ligero básico, servicio al cliente, generación de informes de servicio, pedidos de productos químicos, gestión del inventario de productos químicos, etc.
Las tareas adicionales pueden incluir la reparación y calibración de equipos/instrumentos menores, la recomendación de cambios en la dosificación de productos químicos y seguimiento de los programas de tratamiento en entorno digital. las tasas de alimentación.
Participar en la implementación de la digitalización en los clientes asignados.

La posición está basada en Barcelona, se deberá asistir a clientes de un radio de 150km.
Formación en Química, Ingeniería Química o similares.
Contar con carné de conducir válido.
Conocimientos de los procesos de tratamiento de aguas.
Experiencia previa o en prácticas en posiciones similares.
Nivel de inglés mínimo B2.
Capacidad de análisis de datos.
Un contrato en prácticas remunerado de 12 meses directamente con la empresa (a tiempo completo).
