The operator is responsible for the safe management and operation of production lines for polyurethanes and elastomers. Key duties include following strict safety procedures, correcting operational deviations, and performing basic maintenance.
Candidates should have CAIC training or equivalent and the ability to work a 3x8 shift pattern. Physical aptitude for handling loads and wearing respiratory protective equipment (ARI) is required, with CACES forklift certification being a plus.

Notre site d’Erstein, est spécialisé dans la production de systèmes de polyuréthanes et d'élastomères de haute performance. Nous recherchons un·e Opérateur·rice de Production pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez responsable de produire en toute sécurité en suivant les procédures de production, d'assurer la sécurité et l'efficacité des opérations, et de contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos processus. Votre capacité à résoudre des problèmes, à travailler en équipe et à manipuler des équipements de production sera essentielle pour réussir dans ce rôle.
Evolution possible : Rôle de Opérateur / IRL après 3 ans
Localisation : Le poste est basé à Erstein, où notre site accueille les activités de production, de recherche et de support technique de Dow Polyurethanes en France. Le site héberge également certains services commerciaux pour le marché en France et au Benelux.
Production spécialisée : Le site fabrique des systèmes de polyuréthanes pour diverses applications, notamment les revêtements anti-choc, les mousses isolantes et les matériaux insonorisants. Il est également spécialisé dans la fabrication d'élastomères de polyuréthane pour des applications de haute performance.
