À propos de vous et de ce rôle

Nous recherchons pour notre département Opération, un Opérateur ou Opératrice Logistique travaillant de jour ou en 2x8 du Lundi au vendredi sous l’autorité du responsable des opérations.

Peut travailler exceptionnellement le samedi (récupéré le lundi).

A maturité, l’opérateur réalisera les opérations de déchargements de matières premières vracs et emballés, de chargement de produits finis vracs et emballés, ainsi que du conditionnement de produits finis.

Il ou elle fera partie intégrante d’une équipe d’opérateurs Logistique et devra faire preuve d’un jugement technique et un comportement sécurité irréprochable afin de permettre des opérations d’usine sûres et efficaces. Il ou elle respecte et fait respecter les règles de sécurité, santé, environnement ainsi que les modes opératoires décris dans les procédures.

Il ou elle devra assurer un bon relationnel avec les chauffeurs. Il ou elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les autres services de l’usine (Production, Laboratoires, Services Administratifs).

Ce poste présente des possibilités d’évolution vers les postes d’opérateurs en production pour des candidats motivés et sérieux.

Responsabilités

• Passation rigoureuse des consignes entre collègues
• Effectue de la préparation de commande et suivi de niveau de stock des consommables logistiques
• Effectue les Inventaires de produit finis et/ou matières premières dans les bâtiments
• Signalement de tout dysfonctionnement, non-conformité au coordinateur d’activité et enregistrement informatique.
• Peut être amené à faire de la maintenance de premier niveau

Qualifications

• Permis CACES chariot type 2b et 3 à jour
• Connaissances en chimie indispensables (risques chimiques, réglementation ADR, …)
• Maitrise les outils informatiques (Outlook, Word, Excell,)
• Rigoureux et organisé, Esprit d’équipe, ouvert et inclusif, Exemplaire dans son comportement et dans le respect des règles EHS, Communication efficace, Résolution de problèmes, Adaptabilité, Gestion du temps
