Requires a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university and a first experience in recruitment. Proficiency in English and familiarity with Workday and Excel are considered strong assets.

Au sein des équipes Talents de Deloitte France, vous serez en charge de la mise en œuvre du plan de recrutement des profils juniors (Stagiaires, alternants et CDI) pour l’activité Audit & Assurance.
Au sein d’une équipe de 15 personnes, vos missions seront de :
Déployer la stratégie de recrutement sur votre périmètre de responsabilité ;
Réaliser la sélection et mettre en processus de recrutement les candidats retenus (screening des CV, préqualification téléphonique, animation des sessions de recrutement, organisation des entretiens, conduite d’entretiens RH) ;
Gérer la contractualisation des candidats retenus ;
Gérer le suivi administratif et l’intégration des collaborateurs ;
Participer aux événements écoles et firme en collaboration avec l’équipe Attractivité et Marque Employeur ;
Travailler en collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes (HRBP, opérationnels, associés) ;
Participer à des actions de communication ;
Assurer la tenue de reportings et l’intégration d’informations dans notre outil interne.
Vous développez un set de compétences, partagées avec notre réseau international, et structurées autour des dimensions suivantes : leadership, métier et spécialité. Vous participez aux programmes de formations proposé pour renforcer progressivement ces compétences et en acquérir de nouvelles.
