The Field Service Engineer ensures customer satisfaction by managing accounts, performing preventive maintenance, and resolving complex technical issues onsite. The role also focuses on driving revenue growth through maintenance agreements and identifying new equipment leads.
Requires an Associate's degree in a technical or biological science and at least 3 years of related field service experience. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel overnight 25-50% of the time across the South Central US district.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job. Increased throughput, decreased downtime, regular Preventive Maintenance, regular upgrades as deemed by Beckman Coulter technical staff. A clear advocate for the customer (internal and external) and a steward for the company.
This position reports to the Field Service Supervisor and is part of the Field Service organization in the South Central district of North America located in Denver, CO and will be fully remote.

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
