The Inside Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, CRM management, and customer coordination across France, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. They will support the sales team throughout the commercial cycle while managing procurement, logistics, and contract administration.
Candidates must have 3–6 years of experience in inside sales or sales operations and proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and fluency in both French and English are required.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be the main operational contact for sales support, CRM management and customer coordination across France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
This is a hands-on role requiring autonomy and ownership in a startup environment. You will support the sales team across the full commercial cycle, ensure data reliability in tools, and contribute to smooth customer onboarding and follow-up.
You will work closely with sales, operations, finance and technical teams, acting as a central coordination point for commercial activities.
