Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

The Role:

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-focused Sales Support Executive to join our Philippines team. This role will support the sales leadership team, sales director, account managers and wider commercial team with reporting, administration, coordination and operational support.

This is an important role in helping the sales leadership team maintain visibility of performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy and commercial activity across the business.

The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for supporting the operational effectiveness of the sales organisation. The role will focus on management reporting, sales analysis, forecasting support, meeting coordination, commercial administration and ensuring leadership has accurate and timely information to make decisions.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, comfortable working with data, experienced in producing management reports, and capable of coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities:

Management Reporting & Sales Analytics

· Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for the Sales Director, management team and executive leadership.

· Produce pipeline analysis, forecasting reports and sales performance dashboards.

· Support board reporting, leadership presentations and commercial review packs.

· Track key sales KPIs, performance metrics and business trends.

· Analyse sales activity and provide insight into pipeline movement, conversion rates and forecasting accuracy.

· Consolidate information from sales teams to produce accurate management information.

· Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests from senior leadership.

Forecasting & Commercial Operations

· Support sales forecasting processes and reporting cycles.

· Monitor forecast submissions and ensure reporting deadlines are met.

· Prepare reports highlighting opportunities, risks and trends within the sales pipeline.

· Assist leadership in maintaining visibility of sales performance against targets and objectives.

· Support commercial planning activities and sales reviews.

Sales Team and Partner Coordination

· Identify gaps or inconsistencies in CRM data and work with sellers to resolve them

· Support reporting and tracking of partner-sourced vs direct opportunities

· Assist with partner performance tracking and pipeline visibility

· Help maintain partner reporting packs and joint pipeline views

· Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting efficiency and data integrity

· Help standardise and optimise sales workflows and reporting frameworks

Commercial Administration

· Assist with preparation of sales presentations, customer proposals and internal business documents.

· Support contract administration and commercial documentation where required.

· Coordinate internal approvals and document workflows.

· Maintain sales templates, reporting formats and standard documentation.

· Support onboarding of new sales team members from an administrative perspective.

· Assist with customer and partner research when required.

Business Support

· Support leadership with ad-hoc business reporting and administrative tasks.

· Assist with data gathering for strategic planning and business reviews.

· Coordinate information requests across sales, finance, operations and customer success teams.

· Help drive consistency in reporting and commercial governance processes.

· Provide general administrative support to the sales leadership team.

Employees are expected to demonstrate a security-first mindset and ensure that information security considerations are incorporated into their day-to-day activities, decision-making, and interactions with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in sales support, commercial operations, business support, reporting analyst or similar administrative role.

· Strong experience producing management reports and working with business data.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

· Ability to present information clearly and accurately.

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

· Experience within technology, cybersecurity, managed services or professional services businesses would be advantageous.
