The Dealer Services Specialist II represents the dealer sales lane on auction days and promotes Manheim's products and services. They are responsible for negotiating bids, consulting on pricing, and assisting dealers with vehicle preparation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment are required.

Who You Are:
Quick thinker, problem solver, relationship builder — and ready to make every auction day a success.
A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus
1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
Previous experience in sales support role.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
