The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the installation, repair, and modification of manufacturing equipment while managing, coaching, and directing the maintenance team. Candidates must have at least five years of maintenance experience, including two years in a leadership role, and proficiency with electrical, mechanical, and structural systems. A high school diploma is required, while an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees a variety of functions such as equipment installations, repairs, or modification of equipment for generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy in the manufacturing facility. They are also responsible for scheduling, coaching and directing the work of others.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $100,000 +5% Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
