The Insurance Agent is responsible for driving sales growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships with current customers. They will also provide guidance to clients on insurance products and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills. A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is preferred, though the company provides support for obtaining one.

As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance, though you will have opportunities to grow earnings with additional products such as homeowners insurance and, when applicable, health insurance.

This compensation package includes base pay, commission, bonuses, and all applicable incentives earned by employees. The pay range may be higher, or lower, based on geographical location.
