The Insurance Agent is responsible for driving sales growth by soliciting new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. They will act as a trusted advisor to help clients select appropriate insurance products while maintaining accurate transaction records.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills. A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is preferred, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are considered a strong plus.

As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance, though you will have opportunities to grow earnings with additional products such as homeowners insurance and, when applicable, health insurance.

This compensation package includes base pay, commission, bonuses, and all applicable incentives earned by employees. The pay range may be higher, or lower, based on geographical location.
