About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused, outbound role responsible for prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting for our Vancouver-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
* Send personalized emails and LinkedIn outreach.
* Generate qualified leads and identify decision-makers.
* Build targeted prospect lists through online research.
* Follow up consistently with prospects.
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
* Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs.
* Present services professionally and confidently.
* Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
* Maintain detailed notes for every qualified lead.
CRM & Pipeline Management
* Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
* Track outreach activities and follow-up schedules.
* Monitor pipeline progress and report weekly results.
Sales Support
* Prepare follow-up emails and sales materials.
* Coordinate appointments and reminders.
* Support sales initiatives and campaign activities.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation experience.
* Proven experience making unsolicited outbound calls.
* Experience researching and building prospect lists.
* Strong English communication skills.
* Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
* Experience supporting North American clients.
* BPO outbound sales experience.
* Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM platforms.
* Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach.
* Familiarity with coworking, real estate, or creative industries is an advantage.
