Voor onze Campus in Born zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Supervisor. Als Customer Service Supervisor is geen dag hetzelfde! Centraal staan de klantrelatie en het coachen van je team. Zo ben je verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren van de productiviteit en teamperformance, onderhoud je het contact met de verschillende klanten (intern en extern) en stimuleer je de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van jouw medewerkers (ongeveer 10 personen). In deze dynamische functie ben jij samen met jouw team het aanspreekpunt voor onze klant. Je prikkelt jouw team op een positieve manier en draagt daarmee bij aan de fijne werksfeer.
Je rapporteert aan de Operations Support Manager de verantwoordelijke voor de klant. Als onderdeel van onze Born Campus ben je werkzaam in een uitdagende en dynamische omgeving. Support vind je bij je manager, maar is ook te vinden bij collega Supervisors. Het team kenmerkt zich als gedreven, gepassioneerd. De klant waarvoor jij de service gaat verzorgen zijn zeer demanding, waardoor je inhoudelijke kennis gaat vergaren en waarmee de verbeteringen en projecten kunnen worden opgepakt.

Jouw werkplek is op een van onze locaties in Born, waar wij twee warehouses hebben! Daar word je onderdeel van het Customer Service Team, bestaande uit 10 collega’s. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de relatie tussen CEVA en de klant goed wordt onderhouden en dat we van elkaar op de hoogte blijven. Dat doen jullie binnen een gedreven en professionele sfeer, waar veel ruimte is voor plezier en verbinding! Je rapporteert naar Operations Support Manager en jouw werktijden variëren tussen 08:00 en 18:00 uur.
