The Universal Banker assists in executing sales, product, and service activities while fostering customer relationships to build loyalty. They are responsible for processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and resolving customer service issues in compliance with bank policies.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail banking or a similar field. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
