The Personal Banker is responsible for executing sales and service activities to build customer loyalty and increase sales to individual consumer clients. They will manage small business credit requests, cross-sell financial products, and provide coaching to branch staff while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
Candidates should have 0-2 years of relevant experience in banking, retail, or sales, and possess NMLS registration. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong communication skills and knowledge of banking technologies.
