Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for service users with complex substance use and mental health challenges. Prescribe and review medications according to evidence-based practice and national protocols while maintaining accurate clinical records.
Must be a Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber with at least one year of recent experience in substance misuse treatment. Requires strong knowledge of harm reduction and the ability to communicate effectively with vulnerable populations.

Are you a passionate and dedicated Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable people?
Change Grow Live is seeking an experienced NMP to join our Camden service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our service users—many of whom experience complex physical health, mental health, and substance use challenges
Where: London
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term ending 31st December 2026
Flexibility: There maybe a requirement to work one evening a week.
Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Additionally, you'll receive one extra day of annual leave for each year of service during your first five years, therefore you will enjoy 30 days of leave after five years with us.
