The Recovery Coordinator will support service users through their treatment journey by providing psychosocial support, managing a caseload, and facilitating group workshops. Candidates must have a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience working with relevant patient groups. Proficiency in managing group dynamics, maintaining accurate records, and working effectively with multidisciplinary teams is essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator to support an exciting research project, recruiting participants, obtaining consent, delivering tailored psychosocial support, and acturately collecting confidential data and toxicology samples. This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, with full training provided.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
Where: Lancaster
Hours: Part Time, 22.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours
