Develop and deliver interventions to reduce harm caused by drug and alcohol use while managing a caseload of clients in recovery. Collaborate with partner agencies to increase treatment access and completion rates.
Requires prior experience providing interventions for substance use and knowledge of safeguarding procedures for vulnerable adults. Must have experience engaging diverse individuals and knowledge of local mutual aid networks.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator in our Drug and/or Alcohol Team who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
Where: Stourbridge
Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
