L'équipe Data Factory de Chanel Europe recherche un(e) alternant(e) passionné(e) par le ML/IA Engineering, le MLOps et le LLMOps pour contribuer activement à trois axes majeurs :
Industrialisation des projets ML et IA Générative : Vous participerez à l'industrialisation de nos projets de Machine Learning et d'IA Générative, en assurant leur mise en production efficace et leur intégration dans nos processus opérationnels.
Évolution de la plateforme de Machine Learning : Vous contribuerez à faire évoluer notre plateforme de Machine Learning en développant de nouvelles fonctionnalités et en améliorant les outils existants et en améliorant les pipelines de données.
Mise en place des bonnes pratiques de MLOps : Vous participerez à la promotion des meilleures pratiques d’ingénierie logicielle et de MLOps au sein de l'équipe, notamment les méthodologies telles que le TDD, le CI/CD et en assurant la qualité du code.
En rejoignant notre équipe, vous serez au cœur de projets innovants, vous aurez l'opportunité de collaborer avec des experts du domaine, d'acquérir de nouvelles compétences et de contribuer significativement à nos initiatives en ML Engineering et MLOps.
Missions :
Participation active aux projets ML et IA Générative : Contribuer au développement, à l'implémentation et à la mise en production de solution de Machine Learning et d'IA Générative.
Évolution de la plateforme ML : Contribuer au développement et à l'amélioration des fonctionnalités clés de notre plateforme ML, comme la gestion des modèles et les outils de monitoring.
Pratiques d'ingénierie logicielle : Participer à l'adoption et à l'implémentation de pratiques telles que le TDD, les revues de code et le CI/CD pour améliorer la qualité du code.
Veille technologique : Participer à la veille des dernières innovations en ML Engineering, MLOps et IA Générative pour les intégrer aux projets.

Profil :
Issu d’une formation supérieure universitaire ou école d’ingénieur en informatique, data science ou domaine connexe.
Solides compétences en Python, bonne compréhension des techniques de Machine Learning et d'IA Générative et qui a déjà une expérience avec des frameworks ML tels que PyTorch ou scikit-learn (projets académiques ou personnels).
Bonnes capacités à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement
Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais (écrit et oral).
Curiosité intellectuelle et esprit d'initiative.
