90 ans après la création de la première collection de Haute Joaillerie imaginée par Mademoiselle Chanel, la Joaillerie CHANEL continue de parer les femmes de bijoux et de diamants. Pour compléter chaque silhouette, l’Horlogerie CHANEL propose des collections audacieuses et singulières.
Au sein de notre boutique Horlogerie Joaillerie Printemps Haussmann, le conseiller de vente développe une approche unique et personnalisée pour chaque client. Réel ambassadeur, il contribue au développement des ventes en offrant qualité de service exceptionnelle et inoubliable.
Missions
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
Accueillir les clients et les accompagner dans un parcours au sein de la Boutique
Offrir une expérience ultime, chaleureuse et sur mesure à chaque client
Nourrir le désir et le rêve de vos clients pour CHANEL, en alliant l'art de conter à une solide connaissance de la Marque, de son héritage, de sa modernité et de son savoir-faire
Être responsable du développement de votre fichier clientèle et de la fidélisation de vos clients afin de prolonger l'expérience CHANEL après la visite en Boutique
Développer l’activité en atteignant les objectifs de vente grâce à l’ensemble des leviers disponibles
Avoir une connaissance adéquate des procédures permettant d’assurer le bon fonctionnement de la boutique
Gérer l’encaissement client
Assurer le service après-vente
Participer à la bonne tenue de la boutique et la gestion du stock
Partager les bonnes pratiques avec l’équipe, être dynamique et contribuer à alimenter les connaissances et compétences collectives
Profil recherché
Professionnel de la vente et passionné par l’univers de l’Horlogerie Joaillerie
Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et goût du travail en équipe
Proactif, capacité d’écoute et d’adaptation face à un environnement en constante évolution
Doté d'un fort attrait pour la performance et le challenge
Ouverture interculturelle
Anglais courant
