This role serves as a hands-on technical leader, responsible for guiding development efforts, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable, high-quality ServiceNow capabilities.
Unlike an Architect, this role is execution-focused, with responsibility for solution implementation, team guidance, and technical quality, rather than enterprise-wide architecture ownership.
