Responsible for processing commercial HVAC parts orders and assisting customers with product selection and technical identification. Coordinates between sales, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of sales experience in the HVAC or a similar industry. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong customer service and communication skills.
The Commercial Order Management Representative is the support resource for our customers, partners, Commercial Sales and Multi-family teams. They are responsible for working collaboratively with the sales team as a technical advisor and Commercial/ product advocate. The Commercial Order Management Representative must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all Commercial and HVAC technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction.
