Develop and maintain interactive eLearning products and web-based applications across multiple platforms to support federal training mandates. Provide technical support for courseware and ensure curriculum remains cutting-edge and accessible.
Requires a Secret security clearance and a Bachelor's degree in IT (or 5 years experience) with at least 3 years of experience in eLearning authoring tools and secure coding. Must have proven expertise in accessibility standards (Section 508/WCAG) and LMS deployment.

In the event of a technical breakdown or outage, Courseware Developers/Programmers ensure customers receive a quick and efficient response.
