The Service Foreman oversees the safety, efficiency, and quality of commercial building envelope projects while managing field crews. Responsibilities include conducting daily safety briefs, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring high-quality repairs according to contract specifications.
Requires 5+ years of progressive experience in façade construction and familiarity with materials like masonry, EIFS, and curtainwall. Must possess a 10-hour OSHA card and certifications for operating lifts, swing stages, and scaffolding.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business. Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Service Foreman is focused on safety, crew management and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned to them. Travel will be required. It is the responsibility of the WTI Service Foreman to deliver timely and the highest quality service to all our WTI customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property. This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with:
Efficient project management to include managing crew start and end times, production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently completing the assigned project.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years progressive experience in a similar role to include leading teams and technical solutions, training, troubleshooting, etc. Must be thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction including, masonry, EIFS, Stucco, Curtainwall, metal panels, concrete, plaster and other forms of facade systems and how to properly repair them using Tremco CPG Materials.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
10 Hour OSHA Card
30 Hour OSHA Card (not required but will be provided once hired)
Equipment operator certifications:
Lifts
Swing Stages
Scaffolding
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $70,000 and $85,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
