Responsible for maintaining and developing the QHSE management system within the food segment to ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards. This includes conducting risk analyses, internal audits, and collaborating with production and procurement to implement continuous improvement processes.
Requires a degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or Food Science with 3 to 5 years of experience in QHSE or food safety. Candidates must have deep knowledge of standards like HACCP and IFS Food, along with strong communication skills in German and English.

In Ihrer Rolle als QHSE Food Specialist tragen Sie zusammen mit dem QHSE Manager die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Richtlinien und Verfahren in den Bereichen Qualität, Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt im Verkaufssegment Lebensmittel. Sie halten das lokale Managementteam über alle gesetzlichen Änderungen hinsichtlich Lebensmittelsicherheit auf dem Laufenden, die Investitionen, neue Arbeitspraktiken oder andere Anpassungen erfordern könnten. Zudem stellen Sie sicher, dass Verbesserungen und Maßnahmen aus den Audits innerhalb der festgelegten Fristen umgesetzt werden.
