Act as a liaison between the company and clients to provide product information and resolve emerging problems regarding customs brokerage and logistics. Responsible for managing import/export clearances, onboarding new customers, and monitoring order fulfillment.
Requires a High School Diploma, CCS Designation, and at least 2 years of experience in customs brokerage or logistics. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English and possess intermediate MS Office skills.
