Acts as a liaison between the company and clients to manage import/export clearance and resolve emerging problems with accuracy. Responsible for onboarding new customers, managing transaction bonds, and monitoring order fulfillment processes.
Requires a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of experience in customs brokerage or logistics. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English with knowledge of Mexican Foreign Trade legislation.
