Responsible for the daily management of a store at Schiphol Airport, leading a team of over 15 employees to ensure optimal customer experience. Focuses on coaching staff, driving commercial results, and collaborating with procurement, marketing, and logistics departments.
Requires at least 3 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality and fluency in both Dutch and English. Candidates must be flexible to work shifts between 04:30 and 22:00, including weekends.

Daarom zoeken we een Storemanager die begrijpt dat commercieel succes begint bij gastvrijheid. Bij Capi is hospitality geen extra, maar de basis van alles wat we doen. Jij bent hierin het voorbeeld voor jouw team en weet een omgeving te creëren waarin service, samenwerking en resultaat hand in hand gaan.
Samen met een collega Storemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van één van onze winkels op Schiphol. Je geeft leiding aan een team van ruim 15 medewerkers, bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat zowel de operatie als de klantbeleving optimaal verlopen.
Je coacht medewerkers, stuurt op commerciële resultaten en werkt nauw samen met afdelingen zoals Inkoop, Marketing en Logistiek om kansen te benutten en processen te verbeteren.
Capi is onderdeel van B&S Retail en heeft meer dan 45 winkels op luchthavens en kazernes in Europa, Afrika en het Midden-Oosten. Met Capi bieden we reizigers een sterk assortiment elektronica van A-merken zoals Apple, JBL, Bose en Philips. Daarnaast exploiteren we ook multi-category duty-free winkels met onder andere parfums, cosmetica, drank, reisaccessoires en lokale producten.
