The Director will lead strategic finance and accounting initiatives, including technology roadmaps, AI adoption, and acquisition integrations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA license. The role requires at least 8 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a proven track record in leading complex projects and financial system implementations.
Position Summary:
The Director, Accounting – Finance Transformation & Special Projects is a key leader on the accounting team, reporting directly to the Global Controller with and regular close partnership with the CFO, this individual will drive the function's most strategic and complex initiatives from concept through completion. Accounting special projects will strengthen the Company’s global accounting organization during a critical period of growth, transformation, and strategic change. With an eye on the accounting and finance technology roadmap, including the selection and implementation of new systems and introduction of AI, this role is ideal for a strong accounting leader with project management skills who enjoys integrating technology and processes to solve complex problem. The Director will build and manage a team of two Senior Accountants and partner with both internal cross-functional teams as well as external vendors and consultants. A highly visible role within the organization, this opportunity provides a wonderful platform for further career development in a dynamic global organization.
