The Senior Contract Specialist manages the full procurement lifecycle, from market research and requirements definition to award and closeout. They provide analytical and regulatory support to Contracting Officers to ensure compliance with FAR and HHSAR guidelines.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 7 years of federal contract specialist experience (GS-1102 or equivalent). Proficiency in federal contract writing systems and certification such as FAC-C Level II or DAWIA is preferred.
