We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Zoho Books Associate with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations using Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho Books.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation requirements.
  • Experience in bank reconciliation, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
