You will manage incoming calls for telecommunications services, providing professional support for mobile, landline, internet, and TV issues. Your role involves delivering effective first-level technical solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic proficiency in Greek, English, and computer tools.
