The National Commercial Underwriting Counsel will handle large volumes of files and provide underwriting support, counsel, and authorization for title insurance commitments and policies. They are responsible for utilizing underwriting standards to guide company personnel and agents in real estate settlement services.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree and be an active member of a State Bar. A minimum of 10 years of experience as Commercial Underwriting Counsel is required for this position.
