The Regional Director is responsible for driving profitable growth and market penetration of installation services within a defined geographic region. This includes leading and coaching the regional team, managing KPIs, and aligning with sales and operations to enhance customer experience.
Candidates need over 7 years of construction-based leadership experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficiency in reading blueprints and a deep understanding of the exterior construction process, specifically claddings and windows, is required.

Position Summary
The Regional Installation Services Director is accountable for the successful growth, development and delivery of services within a defined region. Coaches, trains, and leads the team within the region to drive profitable growth, using reliable and repeatable processes to establish ISS as the leading Project Management service in the industry.
