Haemme tuotannon järjestelmäasiantuntijaa vahvistamaan tuotannonkehityksen ja tuotannon digitalisaation osaamista.
Tässä tehtävässä vastaat yhdessä pienen asiantuntijatiimin kanssa tuotannon järjestelmäkokonaisuuden ylläpidosta, kehittämisestä ja käytön tuesta.
Rooli toimii keskeisenä linkkinä tuotannon, IT:n, automaatiokehityksen ja muiden sidosryhmien välillä.
Tehtävässä yhdistyvät tuotannon arjen ymmärrys, järjestelmäosaaminen, kehitysprojektien läpivienti sekä kyky sovittaa tuotannon tarpeet yhteen IT/OT-ratkaisujen ja järjestelmäkehityksen kanssa.
Roolissa menestyminen edellyttää tuotannon järjestelmien, tehdasohjelmistojen, automaation, datan, tietoturvan ja IT-palveluiden muodostaman kokonaisuuden hahmottamista.

1. Ymmärrystä tuotannon järjestelmistä ja tehdasympäristöstä
Sinulla on kyky ymmärtää tuotannon järjestelmien rooli osana päivittäistä toimintaa, tuotannonohjausta, tiedonkeruuta, raportointia ja päätöksentekoa.
2. IT/OT-ekosysteemin hahmotuskykyä
Tehtävässä tarvitaan kykyä keskustella sujuvasti sekä tuotannon että IT:n kanssa.
Sinun ei tarvitse olla syvä tekninen asiantuntija kaikilla osa-alueilla, mutta sinun tulee ymmärtää, miten tuotannon järjestelmät, automaatio, laitteet, integraatiot, data, käyttäjähallinta, tietoturva ja IT-palvelut liittyvät toisiinsa.
3. Projektien vetämisen ja kokonaisuuksien hallintaa
Pystyt viemään kehitysprojekteja suunnitelmallisesti eteenpäin, koordinoimaan tekemistä eri sidosryhmien välillä ja varmistamaan, että projektit etenevät sovitussa aikataulussa ja laadukkaasti.
4. Esihenkilövalmiuksia sekä hyviä vuorovaikutus- ja yhteistyötaitoja
Rooli edellyttää kykyä ohjata pienen asiantuntijatiimin työtä sekä toimia sujuvasti tuotannon, IT:n, toimittajien ja muiden sidosryhmien kanssa.
5. Ongelmanratkaisu-, organisointi- ja priorisointikykyä
Tuotannon järjestelmäympäristöissä tilanteet voivat olla monimutkaisia ja kiireellisiä.
Tarvitset kykyä tunnistaa juurisyitä, rajata ongelmia, priorisoida tekemistä ja löytää käytännönläheisiä ratkaisuja.
6. Dokumentointi- ja muutoshallintakykyä
Järjestelmäkehitys vaatii selkeitä määrittelyjä, testauksia, päätösten dokumentointia, käyttöohjeita ja muutosten hallittua läpivientiä.
7. Suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa
Tehtävässä tarvitaan sujuvaa suomen kielen taitoa tuotannon arjen yhteistyöhön sekä englannin kielen taitoa esimerkiksi toimittaja-, konserni- ja IT-yhteistyössä.
Eduksi katsomme
Tehtävässä raportoit tuotannonkehityspäällikölle ja toimipisteesi sijaitsee Joensuussa. Tehtävä edellyttää säännöllistä läsnäoloa tehtaalla, mutta tarjoamme mahdollisuuden osittaiseen etätyöhön tehtävän luonne huomioiden.
