The Product Manager is responsible for identifying customer needs and developing product strategies to increase market share and sales of aluminum hardware. This includes managing the full product lifecycle, from requirement definition and pricing to product launches and commercial training.
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field and possess proven experience in product management. Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required, along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
