Responsible for supporting client compliance requirements, including the preparation and quality control of IRS Large Form 5500 and annual compliance testing. The role also involves resolving complex client inquiries and updating training materials as a subject matter expert.
Requires 2-3 years of industry experience in retirement services, specifically with compliance testing and 5500 reporting. Candidates must have strong knowledge of ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations and the ability to work independently.

This position is responsible for supporting our clients compliance related requirements and requests though independent resolution to achieve client satisfaction.
