The SDR will own the top of the funnel by identifying target accounts, conducting multi-touch outbound prospecting, and qualifying inbound leads. They are responsible for booking meetings with senior technical buyers and maintaining accurate pipeline data in the CRM.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of B2B sales experience and demonstrate strong drive, resilience, and coachability. A genuine technical curiosity regarding cloud and security concepts is required, along with excellent written and verbal English skills.
As an SDR, you own the top of the funnel: finding the right accounts, starting conversations
with senior technical buyers, qualifying interest, and booking meetings that turn into
pipeline.
You need real hunger, coachability, technical curiosity, and the nerve to reach out to people
you do not know. We will teach you the product and the playbook; we cannot teach the
drive.
This position can be based in either Israel or the US.
Prospect into your territory - identify and research target accounts that fit our ICP,
and build a pipeline of the right people to reach.
Run multi-touch outbound - email, LinkedIn, and calls - leading with insight (our
prevention-vs-detection story), not feature dumps.
Work inbound leads fast - an automated system scores inbound interest and routes
hot leads to Slack; you action them quickly and qualify.
Qualify and book meetings - confirm fit (right title, company size, cloud, real pain)
and secure a clear next step.
Keep the CRM clean - log activity and pipeline accurately in HubSpot, including
per-rep source attribution so we always know what you generated.
Sharpen the playbook - feed back what is working in messaging and objection
handling so we improve together.
Must-haves
● 1-2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment - SDR/BDR, inside sales, account
management, or another customer-facing sales role.
● Drive & resilience - you are motivated by targets and do not get rattled by a cold
“no.”
● Coachability - you take feedback well and apply it fast. This matters more than
tenure.
● Technical curiosity - you can hold (and want to grow into) a credible conversation
about cloud and security. You do not need to be an engineer; you need to be
genuinely interested.
● Strong written and verbal English - clear, concise, professional.
● Self-starter - you can run your day without someone standing over you.
Nice-to-haves
● Hands on outbound prospecting experience, especially into senior or technical
buyers.
● Experience selling B2B SaaS, ideally to technical or security buyers.
● Familiarity with cloud or cybersecurity concepts.
● Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and modern prospecting tools.
● Bachelor's degree (any field).
